Президент США Дональд Трамп втратив 500 мільйонів доларів через мита, які сам увів. Про скорочення його статків повідомив Forbes.
Уточнюється, що на тлі падіння світових ринків, статки Трампа за тиждень скоротилися до 4,2 мільярда доларів із 4,7 мільярда. "Найбільша втрата Трампа пов'язана з його найціннішим активом, Trump Media and Technology Group, акції якої впали на 8% за останні три торгові дні, досягнувши найнижчої ціни з жовтня. Його частка, яка в середу коштувала 2,2 мільярда доларів, тепер становить 2 мільярди", - йдеться в повідомленні.
За даними видання це не остання проблема Трампа. Комерційна нерухомість знецінилася на 90 мільйонів доларів, гольф-клуби втратили 70 мільйонів. Акції компаній Vail Resorts і Topgolf Callaway Brands впали в ціні на 15%, а готельні активи, включно з курортом Trump National Doral - на 16%.
Водночас житлова нерухомість теж різко впала в ціні. Його знаменитий комплекс Mar-a-Lago знецінився на 32 мільйони доларів, або на 5%, а Blue Owl Capital - на 22%, криптовалютні активи скоротилися на 32 мільйони доларів на тлі падіння Ethereum на 18%.
