Vice President of the Iranian Opposition in Washington (NIC) Ali Reza Rezazade noted that the US leadership advised Putin to withdraw troops from the territory of Ukraine because of his fear of military aid to Kyiv.
After the approval of the Aid Package from the USA, Russia was frightened by the scale of its provision and began to irresponsibly threaten the world with nuclear weapons. However, the USA does not see any real steps on the part of the Russian Federation regarding the possible use of nuclear weapons, despite aggressive statements.
"If Putin and Russian officials are worried about their troops in Ukraine being hit by weapons from other countries, the easiest way to respond is to simply withdraw their troops and leave," explained John Kirby, the US National Security Council's strategic communications coordinator.
