Вашингтон хотел скрыть факт встречи Помпео и Лаврова в Мюнхене
США пытались скрыть встречу госсекретаря Майка Помпео из главой МИД России Лавровым в кулуарах Мюнхенской конференции по вопросам безопасности.
Об этом передает Politico.
Государственный департамент заранее не объявил о встрече, которая состоялась в отдельном конференц-зале Лаврова в отеле Bayerischer Hof. Но российские журналисты из пула Лаврова заранее знали о встрече и написали о ней позже.
Пресс-секретарь МИД РФ Мария Захарова подтвердила факт встречи в своем посте в Facebook, опубликовав фото Помпео в коридоре отеля. Лавров стоял в дверях в нескольких шагах от него.
По сообщению российского журналиста, американская сторона пожелала не афишировать данную встречу.
Глава МИД Беларуси считает, что перед его страной и США стоит много вызовов и угроз, которым страны могут противостоять вместе: борьба с терроризмом, наркотрафиком, торговлей людьми, сообщает tut.by.
