КНДР почала демонтаж ядерного полігону

Повідомляється, що північнокорейські військові почали прибирати кабелі з тунелів на ядерному полігоні Пхунгері, що є першим кроком підготовки до його закриття.

Відзначимо, 30 квітня прес-секретар президента Південної Кореї Юн Ен Чан повідомив, що влада Півночі остаточно закриє ядерний полігон Пунгері в травні, а процес його демонтажу буде публічним. Такої домовленості було досягнуто 27 квітня в ході двостороннього саміту в прикордонному селищі Пханмунджом. Лідер КНДР Кім Чен Ин обіцяв запросити медіа та експертів для відстеження процесу демонтажу ядерного полігону.
Як писало ASPI, на саміті за участю лідерів Північної і Південної Кореї було достінуто угоду про повну денуклеаризацію Корейського півострова.
