Iranian opposition leader Rezazade commented on the Russian offensive on Kharkiv and Sumy
Ali Reza Rezazade, Vice President of the Iranian Opposition in Washington (NIC), gave predictions about the Russian offensive on Kharkiv and the probable offensive on Sumy. According to the expert's analysis, the Russians are continuing their offensive in the north of the Kharkiv region, and fierce battles are currently taking place in the areas of the settlements of Liptsi, Vovchansk, Neskuchne.
Only in the past day, the enemy lost about 120 soldiers and 23 pieces of equipment in this direction. However, as noted by expert Ali Reza Rezazadeh, we have every reason to consider this offensive to be limited due to the enemy's lack of resources.
"The enemy chose this strategy in order to divert military forces from the Donetsk region, where it is currently suffering colossal losses. They really don't want the resources that are currently coming from the US to go in the direction of Chasovoy Yar in Donetsk region. In general, in the future, the Kharkiv front may become an attempt to capture the city of Kharkiv itself, but not now, they simply do not have enough resources," Ali Reza Rezazade points out.
The leader of the Iranian opposition in Washington gave an assessment of the potential attack on Sumy, commenting on the airstrikes on the civilian population and the deployment of enemy DRGs.
"The enemy can really try to make diversionary attacks on Sumy from Bryansk or from Kursk, but the probability of a land offensive there is minimal. Currently, the main forces of the enemy are located in Belgorod for a possible attack on the city of Kharkiv, of course, the situation may change, the enemy periodically redeploys, but at the moment there is no threat of a land attack on Sumy itself," Ali Reza Rezazade points out.
