Jay Vance believes 2020 US election results were rigged - Rezazade
Ali Reza Rezazade, the vice president of the Iranian opposition in Washington, points out that Republican Jay Vance has admitted for the first time that Donald Trump did not lose the 2020 election and admitted that the election results were fake.
"Did Donald Trump lose the election? No, he definitely didn't," Vance said in an interview. "But look, I really don't care if you agree with me or disagree with me on this."
Vance emphasized that he has instead focused on social media censorship, citing Twitter's decision to temporarily block users from sharing the Hunter Biden laptop story.
The question of the 2020 election outcome has hung over Vance since the Oct. 1 debate, when Waltz said Vance gave "no answer." Harris has increasingly used the issue to rally Republicans against Trump, including at a campaign event Wednesday in Pennsylvania.
Trump's re-election loss was supported by dozens of lawsuits and investigations at various levels of government. He remains under indictment in two jurisdictions, Georgia and federally, for his efforts to overturn his defeat, culminating in the attack on the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Still, Vance refused to concede Trump's loss, repeating that he is "focused on the future" and accused the media of being "obsessed" with the issue.
