Президент США Дональд Трамп назвал действия США в Украине "бессмысленными" и такими, которые "раздражают Россию".

Как утверждает неназванный бывший высокопоставленный чиновник Белого дома, "президент считает, что то, что мы делаем в Украине, бессмысленно и просто раздражает россиян". По его словам, он слышал это от Трампа во время обсуждения вопроса поставок американского вооружения Украине.
"Позиция президента в основном заключается в том, что мы должны признать тот факт, что россияне должны быть нашими друзьями, и кого волнуют украинцы?", — сказал собеседник газеты.
