В Японии пожар уничтожил королевский замок из списка всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО
Сегодня, 31 октября, стало известно о масштабном пожаре в Японии, уничтожившим исторический объект, который находился под охраной ЮНЕСКО.
Об этом сообщает российский Интерфакс.
Сообщается, что в ночь на четверг, 31 октября, крупный пожар полностью уничтожил замок рюкюских монархов Cюри в японской Окинаве.
Огонь полностью разрушил семь деревянных строений дворцового комплекса общей площадью 4800 квадратных метров.
Причина возгорания пока неизвестна.
По данным полиции, пожар случился, когда сотрудники музея готовились к проведению фестиваля, посвященного культуре королевства Рюкю. Замок Сюри был построен в XIV веке.
В 2000 году его внесли в список всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО.
