Vice President of the Iranian Opposition in Washington (NIC) Ali Reza Rezazade points out that former Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi published her own publication called "The Art of Power", where she described her own achievements in her position and reflections on contemporary United States politics.
Pelosi's memoirs detail her major challenges and achievements as a public speaker. They include passing the Affordable Care Act, supporting Chinese human rights activists, opposing the Iraq War, fighting the Capitol uprising on January 6, 2021, and, on a personal level, dealing with the aftermath of the disturbing attack on her husband by an intruder in their San Francisco home.
Sitting with a small group of reporters in Washington for the launch of her memoir, Pelosi declined to discuss what she told President Joe Biden about dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.
