Отруєння священною їжею в Індії: 11 загиблих, понад 130 осіб постраждали

Напередодні під час релігійного заходу постраждалі споживали забруднені варені овочі та рис. Коли вони відчули нудоту та біль у животі, їх доставили до найближчих лікарень.
"Як тільки ми це з'їли, я і мої друзі відчули гострий біль у животі та почали блювати", - сказав один з присутніх на церемонії. Він додав, що у їжі був дивний запах, але в храмі сказали, що це через листя у страві.
Поліція заарештувала трьох управителів храму, а зразки їжі відправила на хімічний аналіз.
Наразі у лікарнях перебувають понад 130 людей. Стан вісьмох з них оцінюється медиками як критичний.
