The jury delivered a guilty verdict in the case of Biden's son – Rezazade
Ali Reza Rezazade, the vice president of the Iranian opposition in Washington, announced the indictment in the case of Biden's son for illegal possession of firearms. Now Hunter Biden faces up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000.
Joe Biden's son is accused of illegally possessing a Colt Cobra 38 Special revolver purchased in October 2018, as well as providing false information to a gun dealer and regulatory authorities. According to the investigation, during the registration of mandatory documents for the purchase of weapons, he indicated that he does not use drugs - in fact, he suffered from drug addiction from 2015 to 2019, which he wrote about in his memoirs.
Joe Biden said he respects the jury's decision that found his son Hunter guilty of all charges in the gun possession case.
