Маск задолжал банкам крупную сумму
Гендиректор и основатель компаний Tesla и SpaceX Илон Маск должен 507 миллионов долларов банкам Уолл-стрит, участвующим в продаже акций и долговых обязательств производителя электрокаров, пишет Reuters.
Об этом стало известно 2 мая, после того, как Tesla решила привлечь 2 млрд долларов, выпустив новые акции и долговые обязательства.
В то же время сумма кредита Маска на 117 млн ниже, чем была в 2017 году. Тогда его долг составлял 624 млн долларов.
Маск, которому принадлежит 20% Tesla, годами брал личные кредиты. Сейчас он должен трем банкам: Goldman Sachs Group ($213 млн), Morgan Stanley ($209 млн) и Bank of America Corp ($85 млн).
Эти кредиты поддерживаются акциями Маска в Tesla на это время стоимостью около $8 млрд. Если акции Tesla уменьшатся, то, согласно заявлению компании, Маск может быть вынужден продать некоторые из этих акций согласно условиям кредита.
Ранее сообщалось, что запуск Falcon 9 был отменен за несколько минут до старта.
