How Harris deals with gender – Rezazade
Vice President of the Iranian Opposition in Washington (NIC) Ali Reza Rezazade noted that US presidential candidate Kamala Harris has to deal with the gender issue that her rival Donald Trump posed to Americans.
Critics have noticed that Donald Trump actively uses the gender difference in his election campaign, namely, he tries to impose on men the opinion that "electing a woman as president is a shame for men" and draws attention to male solidarity. At that time, mostly young men take such politics seriously, and consider the choice of Donald Trump to be courage.
For Kamala Harris, the issue poses some threat, but for now she is just looking for a way to shut it down. Critics point out that mostly young men, under the influence of Donald Trump's election campaign, do not trust the "female president". The ex-president even created a separate trend in social networks, which imposes his courage and strength on voters.
However, despite Trump's aggressive policy and thirst for victory, Kamala Harris has a significant advantage, because the idea of novelty as a female president outweighs the already well-worn behavior of the ex-president.
