Kennedy Jr. transferred the votes of his supporters to Trump – Rezazade
Ali Reza Rezazade, the vice president of the Iranian opposition in Washington, reports that independent candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. has transferred the votes of his own supporters to Donald Trump as he seeks to get his name off the ballots of red states and put it on the ballots of blue states.
Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently endorsed Donald Trump's candidacy and urged his supporters to vote for the Republican nominee regardless of state, reversing his own appeals two weeks ago when he urged voters to still vote for him if they live in non-competitive states.
"No matter what state you live in, I urge you to vote for Donald Trump," he wrote in a fundraising email.
The new message comes as he expanded the list of Republican states where he is seeking to remove his name from the ballot where Democratic candidate Kamala Harris is expected to win. Kennedy previously said he would remove his name from only about 10 states where his presence could hurt Trump.
