В Катаре красят дороги в синий цвет, чтобы таким образом повлиять на жару
Похоже в Катаре нашли способ бороться с раскаленным воздухом в городах: находчивый местный инженер предложил покрасить дороги в голубой цвет.
Власти Катара начали экспериментальный проект по покраске нескольких улиц в центре Дохи в голубой цвет, чтобы охладить их. Об этом сообщает РБК со ссылкой на Gulf News.
Как заявил инженер Саад аль-Досари, температура темного асфальта заметно превышает температуру воздуха, поскольку черный цвет притягивает и излучает тепло. По его словам, эксперимент позволит снизить температуру асфальта примерно на 15–20 градусов.
Он отметил, что специалисты будут наблюдать за изменениями температуры на улице с выкрашенным в голубой цвет дорожным покрытием в течение 18 месяцев.
Эксперимент начнется с улицы Абдаллы бен Джасема, которая расположена возле торговой площади Сук Вакиф. Его проводят Управление по проведению общественных работ Катара и японская компания, ее название в сообщении не указано.
Надо отметить, что температура в Дохе 17 августа составляет 41 градус по Цельсию.
